UAE - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi will issue two-part dollar-denominated bonds to benefit from low borrowing costs, which marks its second offering in 2021, a source told Bloomberg.
The source referred that Abu Dhabi is offering the 10-year debt with an initial price of about 90 basis points over Treasuries of similar maturity.
The emirate is also selling 30-year securities with an initial spread of 130 basis points.
It is noteworthy to mention that in June 2021, Abu Dhabi completed a $2 billion sovereign bond issuance with a seven-year tenor, the first of its kind in the region.
