Riyadh – Mubasher: Banan Real Estate Company will distribute a cash dividend of SAR 0.25 per share, accounting for 2.5% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021, subject to the general assembly’s approval.

The real estate developer aims to pay a total amount of SAR 5 million for 20 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Banan Real Estate will later announce the eligibility and distribution dates once deciding to hold the shareholders’ meeting.

The company posted an annual leap of 52.5% in net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 12.91 million in H1-21.
