Riyadh – Mubasher: The General Authority of Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority has requested Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) to pay claims worth SAR 7.87 million.

The amount represented amendments in Zakat differences for the years 2019 and 2020, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

GACO, however, can object to those amendments within the 60-day statutory period from the date of receiving the request.

The company will seek objection to the additional payment and will later determine and announces the financial impact.
