Announcement Detail Referring to the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 16 Muharram, 1443 corresponding to 24 August, 2021, in which the members of the Board of Directors of Sadr Logistics Services Company were elected for the new term, which started its work as of 16 September, 2021 for three years ending on 15 September, 2024.

The Board of Directors of Sadr Logistics Services Company is pleased to announce the decision of the Board of Directors at its first meeting held on 16 September, 2021 to choose and nominate the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman of the Board, the Managing Director, the formation of committees, the appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the new term, the selection of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) As follows:

First: Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Samaani (Non-Executive Member) - Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Second: Dr. Bandar Muhammad Al-Samaani (Executive Member) - Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

Third: The Board approved the formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, as follows:

1- Eng. Khaled Suleiman Al-Mudaifer (independent board member).

2- Mr. Tariq Saad Al-Tuwaijri (independent board member).

3- Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Bakri (independent board member).

Fourth: The company's representatives appointed to represent the Company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to complying with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) law and its Implementing Regulations, as follows:-

1- Dr. Bandar Muhammad Al-Samaani (Member of the Board of Directors)

2- Mr. Ahmed Mustafa Kortam (Chief Financial Officer)

Fifth: appointed The Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hussein Ahmed Abdel Hak.

Note that the Ordinary General Assembly held on16 Muharram, 1443, corresponding to 24 August, 2021, approved the formation of the Audit Committee, defining its tasks, working rules, and remuneration of its members for the new session that begins on 16 September, 2021 and for a three years ending on 15 September, 2024.
