Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Company approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend of SAR 0.5 per share, representing 5% of the share’s par value, for the fiscal year (FY) ended on 31 March 2021.

The company will distribute a total amount of SAR 10 million to the eligible shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Abo Moati will later announce the eligibility and distribution dates.

During FY ended last March, the company registered a decrease in net profits to SAR 5.33 million.
