Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Sunday lower by 24.27 points (0.21%) at 11,397.84 points.
The trading value reached SAR 6.51 billion after exchanging 184.04 million shares, compared to SAR 10.18 billion and 223.08 million shares in the previous session.
The media sector topped the gainers with 2.36%, while the utilities segment led the decliners with 1.51%.
Basic Chemical Industries was the top riser with 8.74%, while Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance topped the fallers with 4.29%.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate was the most active stock on which 25.25 million shares were traded, while Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) registered the highest turnover of SAR 321.23 million.
Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also declined by 511.92 points (2.02%) to 24,857.17 points.
Al Naqool and Banan Real Estate were the only risers with 6.6% and 1.9%, respectively.
Meanwhile, Development Works Food was the top faller with 3.89%.
