Alameda Healthcare plans EGP 5bn investments
These investments are expected to create more than 5,000 job opportunities

Cairo – Mubasher: Alameda Healthcare is planning to invest EGP 5 billion to launch several facilities in the New Administrative Capital, Al Alamein, Alexandria, Assiut, and Mansoura. 

These investments are expected to create more than 5,000 job opportunities, Alameda's Chairman and Owner, Fahad Khater, said in a press conference on Sunday.

The Egyptian private healthcare group will also launch a nursing academy to further improve its capacities.

Over the course of the last 10 years, Alameda has invested more than EGP 5 billion into its facilities, including As-Salam International Hospital (ASSIH) at Maadi, ASSIH New Cairo, Dar Al Fouad Nasr City, and Dar Al Fouad 6th of October City, in addition to the centres of excellence, which offer integrated medical services in several specialities, and the Tabibi platform, specialised in providing health and home care services.

Alameda's expansion plan includes adding 100 beds at As-Salam International Hospital in Maadi and inaugurating the group’s fourth facility, As-Salam International Hospital, New Cairo with a total capacity of 150 beds, scheduled to start operations in the coming few weeks.

Following the inauguration of the new ASSIH New Cairo, Alameda will have a total capacity of over 1,000 beds, more than 128 outpatient clinics, in addition to diagnostic and specialist centres, pharmacies, and a rehabilitation centre.
