UAE - Mubasher: Italian fashion house Cavalli has partnered with DAMAC Properties to develop a $545 million luxurious skyscraper in Dubai, Damac Founder, Hussain Sajwani, announced as cited by Reuters.

To be located in Dubai Marina, the construction of the 70-floor tower is set to begin in 2022 and is expected to take four years to be completed.

"I am thrilled to be launching the Cavalli tower just a few days before Milan Fashion Week to illustrate the fashion legend's rebirth," Sajwani said.

In November 2019, Sajwani rescued Cavalli, which has been facing some challenges in resuming its sales, through his private investment company Vision Investments.

Sajwani has announced his commitment to relaunching Cavalli across key markets including North America.
