Abu Dhabi has recorded AED 23.57 billion real estate transactions

UAE - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi has recorded AED 23.57 billion real estate transactions during the first half (H1) of 2021, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) announced 7,046 transactions, including 3,425 real estate sales transactions and 3,621 mortgage transactions.

In H1-21, the real estate and mortgage transactions were valued at AED 9.02 billion and AED 14.55 billion, respectively.

The Executive Director of the Real Estate Sector at DMT, Adeeb Al Afeefi, said that the H1 performance reflects the department's efforts to strengthen Abu Dhabi's position as a leading hub for investment, living, and stability.
