Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Raya Contact Center decided to reduce its capital by EGP 2.84 million by cancelling 5.68 million treasury shares. 

Over the period from 18 March 2020 to 7 September 2020, the company purchased 10.4 million treasury shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday. 

In the first half (H1) of 2021, Raya Contact Center logged consolidated net profits of EGP 9.75 million, down from EGP 20.6 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
