Cairo – Mubasher: The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) has signed a protocol of cooperation with Siemens AG to enhance mutual cooperation and exchange experience in industrial development and digital transformation. 

Under the protocol, the two sides will explore the possible means of cooperation in training services which will be provided by Siemens to the employees of the authority, according to a statement on Wednesday. 

The two sides will also consider signing contracts for the provision of components by Siemens to the authority, in addition to studying the development of other major projects such as Martyr Ahmed Hamdy Tunnel I.
