Cairo – Mubasher: Dahab Development has launched the Iconic Trinity Complex (ITC) project, its first project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), With investments of up to EGP 500 million. 

ITC spans over ​​8,000 square metres (sqm) in the NAC’s MU23 area, an integrated services area located between second residential district R2 and the third residential district R3, the Chairman of Dahab Development, Nader Adeeb Moawad, said in a statement on Thursday. 

Dahab Development has signed a contract with Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA) to act as a general consultant for the project. 

ITC mall, which is slated to be an environmentally friendly building, is scheduled to be operational in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022, Moawad added.

For his part, Sherif Moawad, a Board Member of the company, stated that the mall spans over 25,000 sqm with a built-up area of 30% of the total project area.
