Masraf Al Rayan Q.P,S,C and Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) P.Q.S.C. announce that Qatar Central Bank has issued its final approval on the merger between both banks today 2 November 2021. Further announcements with respect to completion will be made in due course. 

The merger is in the process of being finalized to ensure all other legal formalities are completed in the shortest time possible.
