Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Malls achieved net profits of AED 1.070 billion during the first nine months of 2021, up by 83% year-on-year (YoY) from AED 586 million.
The revenues increased to AED 3.191 billion in the January-September period of 2021, compared to AED 2.499 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, the company reported net profits of AED 448 million, a leap of 86% YoY from AED 241 million.
Meanwhile, Emaar Mall's wholly-owned e-commerce fashion and lifestyle platform, Namshi, posted sales of AED 320 million in Q3-21.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, Emaar Malls reported net profits of AED 622 million, compared to AED 345 million in the year-ago period.
