Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday at 10,810.6 points after rising by 22.81 points (0.21%).

The trading value amounted to SAR 6.72 billion after 189.94 million shares were exchanged, compared to SAR 7.46 billion and 222.42 million shares a day earlier.

The insurance sector headed the gainers with 3.11%, while both the capital goods as well as the food and staple retail segments led the decliners with 1.55% each.

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (SAICO) advanced the risers with 9.95%, while National Metal Manufacturing and Casting (Maadaniyah) led the fallers with 6.24%.

National Industrialization (Tasnee) was the most active stock in terms of trading volume with 12.67 million shares, while Al Rajhi Bank registered the highest trading value of SAR 738.65 million.

Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) meanwhile fell by 42.3 points (0.19%) to 22,331.94 points.

National Fertilizer was the top faller with 8.69%, while the recently listed Group Five Pipe as well as National Building and Marketing were the only risers with 14.29% and 4.66%, respectively.
