Cairo – Mubasher: Juhayna Food Industries has recorded consolidated net profits of EGP 490 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2021, up 27.7% from EGP 384 million in the year-ago period.

The company's revenues increased to EGP 6.52 billion in the January-September period of 2021, compared to EGP 5.62 billion in the same period of 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

As for the standalone businesses, the company incurred net losses of EGP 3 million in 9M-21, against net profits of EGP 92 million in the year-ago period.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company posted consolidated net profits of EGP 428.48 million, up by 30.33% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 328.76 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
