UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.97% to close Tuesday's session at 3,192.84 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 722.997 million after 487.24 million shares had been exchanged through 8,735 transactions.

Dar Al Takaful led the green zone with 5.16%, while Ekttitab Holding topped the red zone with 4.76%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched down 0.18% to settle at 8,983.156 points by the end of Tuesday's session.

Turnover amounted to AED 2.347 billion after 456.048 million shares had been traded through 13,731 transactions.

The National Investor came on top of the losing stocks with 10%, while Zee Stores headed the rising stocks with 12.5%.
