Cairo – Mubasher: The board of MM Group for Industry and International Trade has approved to contribute to increasing the capital of Basata Financial Holding with a total value of EGP 25 million.

MM Group's stake in Basata's capital increased to EGP 95 million from EGP 70 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, the company's consolidated net profits of MM Group increased to EGP 334.57 million, compared to EGP 299.78 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders' rights.
