Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City Company announced the appointment of Mohammad Abdulhameed Almubarak as the CEO of the company, upon the board’s approval on 28 December.

Almubarak will assume the CEO position as of 1 January 2022, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

The new official has experience in the fields of real estate investment and development, as he worked in Riyad Capital and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Almubarak joined Knowledge Economic City as Chief Investment Officer in 2019, while in October this year he was appointed as the Acting CEO.

Last August, the company named the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the board for a three-year term.
