Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Delta Insurance has approved the issued capital increase to EGP 350 million from EGP 126 million.

The EGM has authorised the company's Chairman and Managing Director to take all necessary measures for the capital raise, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, the consolidated net profits of Delta Insurance increased by 28.9% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 232.23 million, compared to EGP 180.13 million.
