COMPLETION OF THE CAPITAL REDUCTION OF QATAR NATIONAL NAVIGATION COMPANY
Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD) announces the completion of the capital reduction of Qatar National Navigation Company, by retiring the treasury shares. The new capital of the company is now (1,136,164,750) shares, effective from Wednesday 19/01/2022.
