National Leasing Holding announces that the General Assembly Meeting EGM will be held on 09/02/2022, Alijarah building – Al Hilal D-ring road Al Wajbah Hall and 04:30 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 20/02/2022, Alijarah building – Al Hilal D-ring road Al Wajbah Hall and 06:30 PM 

1-     Amend the article of association   as follows: 

 

a.      Amendment to Articles 26, 39,41 and 42.

 

b.      Adding Articles 14, 40,43 and 44.
