Mannai Corporation announces the results of its Board of Directors’ meeting held on 18/01/2022 and approved

The Board resolved in favour of the potential sale of its entire shareholding full ownership in Inetum SA (equivalent to approx. 99% of the existing shares), subject to (i) entering into definitive transaction documentation, (ii) receipt of all necessary consents and approvals and (iii) all conditions to the potential sale being satisfied or waived in accordance with its terms.
