Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Edita Food Industries has approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.27 per share for 2021.

The cash dividend payout aggregates at a total value of EGP 200 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the consolidated net profits of Edita increased by 52% to EGP 528.87 million, compared to EGP 347.69 million in the earlier year, including minority shareholders' rights.
