Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) has announced a cash dividend distribution of SAR 0.47 per share for the first quarter (Q1) of 2022.

The Saudi listed firm will pay out a total of SAR 24.67 million, representing 4.71% of the share par value, for 52.38 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The eligibility and distribution dates will be on 10 and 23 May, respectively.

During the January-March 2022 period, Fitness Time achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 46.01 million, versus net losses of SAR 6.97 million in Q1-21.
