UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Wednesday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down 0.60% to settle at 3,448.30 points by the end of Wednesday's session.

A total of 130.16 million shares were traded through 6,877 transactions valued at AED 364.72 million.

Al Firdous Holding led the rising stocks with 14.39%, while Takaful Emarat – Insurance Co topped the losing stocks with 5%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index rose by 1.59% to close Wednesday at 9,874.7 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.92 billion after 317.45 million shares had been exchanged through 14,829 transactions.

International Holding Company (IHC) came on top of the green zone with 6.97%, while Ras Al Khaimah Poultry & Feeding Co. headed the red zone with 9.82%.
