Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) have agreed to distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1.30 per share for the second half (H2) of 2021

Budget Saudi will pay out a total amount of SAR 92.51 million, representing 13% of the capital, according to a bourse filing.

The eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time.

The shareholders’ decision came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that was held on Tuesday, 17 May.

Last year, the Saudi listed company achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 219.91 million, up 8.62% from SAR 202.44 million in 2020.
