Riyadh – Mubasher: Alinma Bank has appointed Abdulmalik Abdullah Alhogail as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.

The Saudi lender also appointed Saad Abdulaziz Alkroud as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The new Chairman and Vice Chairman assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 21 May 2022 and will end on 20 May 2025.

It is worth noting that in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, Alinma Bank registered net profits worth SAR 824.70 million, higher by 28.49% than SAR 641.80 million in Q1-21.
