UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) decreased by 22.55 points (0.69%) to 3,223.29 points on Thursday.

The trading value totalled AED 286.68 million through the exchange of 96.49 million shares, compared to AED 141.85 million and 56.85 million shares in the prior session.

Al Firdous Holding was the top faller with 9.85%, while Gulf Navigation Holding advanced the risers with 7.78%.

Emaar Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 26.30 million shares worth AED 138.72 million.  

Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell by 0.431% to 9,313.22 points.

The trading value amounted to AED 1.75 billion after 233.66 million shares were traded. The market cap reached AED 1.99 trillion.

Methaq Takaful Insurance led the fallers with 3.62%, while the recently listed Invictus Investment Company headed the risers with 31.51%.

Alpha Dhabi Holding witnessed the highest turnover of AED 350.83 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 28.39 million shares were traded.
