Riyadh – Mubasher: Almarai Company has appointed Naif bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Alkabeer as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.

The Saudi listed firm also named Suliman bin Abdulkader Al Muhaideb as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 7 August 2022 and will remain in position until 6 August 2025.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, Almarai logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 940.81 million, up 8.40% from SAR 867.92 million in H1-21.
