Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s trading session on a varied note.
The main All Share Index (TASI) closed the session up at 12,530.76 points after gaining 99.31 points (0.80%). The turnover reached SAR 8.02 billion through the trading of 213.74 million shares.
The energy sector was the top riser with 2.34%, whereas the software and services segment was the top faller with 0.89%.
Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden), which was the top gainer with 9.97%, was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 9.69 million shares exchanged at a value of SAR 665.41 million.
Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) headed the decliners with 3.56%.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) fell by 204.25 points (0.92%) to close at 22,023.74 points.
Naseej for Technology Company advanced the risers with 11.43%, while Riyadh Cement Company led the fallers with 4.17%
