Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s trading session in the green zone, with the EGX30 main index up 0.23% to 9,988.84 points.

The EGX50 EWI also rose by 0.63% to 1,828.35 points.

Furthermore, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices closed the session higher by 2.25% to 2,058.62 points and by 1.74% to 2,983.32 points, respectively.

EGX’s trading value reached EGP 1.08 billion after 663.11 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value amounted to EGP 669.53 billion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 67.92 million and EGP 19.33 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 87.26 million.
