UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets ended Monday’s trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 2.31points (0.06%) to close the session up at 3,397.32 points.

A total of 199.50 million shares were traded at a value of AED 329.44 million.

Emirates Refreshments advanced the risers with 11.93%, while Mashreq Bank led the fallers with 10%.

Emaar Properties posted the highest turnover of AED 112 million, while Amlak Finance was the most active stock on which 55.34 million shares were exchanged.

Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell by 0.497% to close at 10,235.64 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 1.33 billion through the trading of 450.27 million shares. The market cap reached AED 2.12 trillion.

Hily Holding topped the gainers with 14.71%, while Aram Group headed the decliners with 6.90%.

Eshraq Investments was the most active stock on which 271.67 million shares were traded, while International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 293.64 million.
