Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Wednesday’s trading session on a mixed note.
The main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) levelled up by 101.60 (0.81%) points to close at 12,646.74 points. The turnover reached SAR 7.11 billion through the trading of 182.25 million shares.
The majority of the sectors rose, led by media and entertainment which jumped by 8.67%, while the capital goods segment led the fallers with 1.18%.
Saudi Research and Media Group advanced the gainers with 10%, whereas Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company headed the decliners with 4.95%.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 22.53 million shares were traded, while Al Rajhi Bank posted the highest turnover of SAR 641.46 million.
On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session down at 21,533.17 points after losing 501.57 points (2.28%).
Keir International Company topped the rising companies with 29.95%, while National Building and Marketing Company led the losers with 13.15%.
