Arabian Centres’ profits rise in Q1-FY22/23 interim results

Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (ACC) reported net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 127.70 million in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, up 1.11% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 126.30 million.

Revenues reached SAR 563 million during the first three-months (3M) of FY22/23, an annual growth of 10.24% from SAR 510.70 million, according to the interim financial results.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.27 in April-June 2022, unchanged from the same period in the previous FY.

On a quarterly basis, the net profits after Zakat and tax in Q1-FY22/23 surged by 19.79% from SAR 106.60 million in Q4-FY21/22, while the revenues rose by 8.44% from SAR 519.20 million.

Last July, Arabian Centres disbursed a total of SAR 356.25 million as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of FY21/22.

During the first nine months (9M) of FY21/22, the listed firm generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 327.20 million, an annual slide of 9.04% from SAR 359.70 million.
