Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced a block trading deal of AED 5.74 billion on Apex Investment Company, formerly known as Ras Al Khaimah Cement (RAK Cement).

The deal was executed on 1.22 billion of Apex’s shares through 14 transactions, official data showed on Thursday.

In the meantime, Hayah Insurance Co witnessed a block trading deal worth AED 19.63 million on some of its shares.

A total of 3 transactions were carried out on 56.10 million of the UAE-based insurer’s shares, representing 28% of the capital.
