UAE stock markets close Thursday’s session on mixed note

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) fell by 26.82 points (0.77%) to close Thursday’s session at 3,433.70 points.

The turnover totalled AED 344.33 million through the exchange of 118.44 million shares.

National Cement Company topped the risers with 15%, while Al Firdous Holding led the fallers with 9.66%.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest trading volume and value with 20.56 million shares traded at AED 130.16 million.

Meanwhile, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session higher by 0.026% to 10,072.82 points.

The turnover reached AED 7.85 billion after 1.75 billion shares were traded, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.27 trillion.

Abu Dhabi Ports Company (AD Ports) advanced the risers with 15%, while Aram Group was the top faller with 10%.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest trading value of AED 285.90 million, while Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA) was the most active stock on which 108.50 million shares were exchanged.
