Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s trading session on a varied note, with the EGX30 main index levelling down by 0.23% to 9.933.05 points.

On the other hand, the EGX50 EWI rose by 0.25% to 1.900.21 points.

Moreover, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices grew by 0.17% to 2.192.33 points and by 0.14% to 3.127.17 points, respectively.

EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 821.17 billion through the exchange of 398.78 million shares. The market cap value recorded EGP 687.40 billion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 71.80 million and EGP 880.76 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 72.68 million.
