Riyadh – Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Company has decided to pay out cash dividends worth SAR 90 million for the first half (H1) of 2022, according to a bourse filing.

The Saudi listed firm will disburse a dividend of SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the share nominal value, for 90 million eligible shares.

Additionally, the eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be on 25 September and 9 October, respectively.

During the first half (H1) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax reached SAR 152.15 million, higher by 51.92% than SAR 100.15 million in the year-ago period.

Revenues surged by 21.08% to SAR 1.19 billion in H1-22 from SAR 985.49 million in H1-21.
