DFM, ADX end Monday’s trading session mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Monday’s trading session lower by 17.55 points (0.52%) at 3,331.76 points.

A total of 128.65 million shares were traded at a value of AED 303.85 million.

Al Salam Bank – Sudan led the fallers with 7.96%, while Tecom Group advanced the risers with 2.66%.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover with AED 107.87 million, whereas Gulf Navigation Holding (GNH) was the most active stock on which 26.01 million shares were exchanged.

Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 1.166% to 10,394.02 points. The market cap amounted to AED 2.43 trillion.

The turnover reached AED 1.98 billion after 464.25 million were traded during the session.

Fujairah Cement Industries Company headed the decliners with 6.86%.

International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 322.53 million.

Emirates Steel Arkan, which topped the gainers with 14.93%, dominated the trading volume with 107.70 million shares.
