Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad Bank has named Abdullah Mohammed Al Issa as the new Chairman of the board for the next three years, according to a bourse disclosure.

In addition, the Saudi lender appointed Mutaz Kusai Al Azzawi as the Vice Chairman.

The two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 31 October 2022 and will remain in position until 30 October 2025.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Riyad Bank generated net profits worth SAR 4.99 billion, an annual growth of 13.22% from SAR 4.40 billion.
