UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Wednesday’s trading session higher by 21.96 points (0.66%) at 3,349.26 points.

DFM’s turnover reached AED 345.60 million through the exchange of 139.15 million shares.

Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) was the top gainer with 3.45%, while BHM Capital Financial Services headed the losers with 9.64%.

Emaar Properties posted the highest turnover of AED 124.33 million, whereas Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) dominated the trading volume with 30.16 million shares.

Similarly, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.118% to 10,399.48 points. 

A total of 396.31 million shares were traded at a value of AED 2.11 billion. The market cap amounted to AED 2.52 trillion.

Insurance House advanced the risers with 14.82, while Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company (ADNTC) led the fallers with 10%.

Multiply Group was the most active stock in terms of trading volume and value with 96.12 million shares exchanged at AED 448.32 million.
