Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session on a positive note, with the EGX30 main index growing by 1.91% to 11,980.62 points.

Meanwhile, the EGX50 EWI rose by 1.51% to 2,124.59 points.

The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices also closed the session higher by 2.18% to 2,279.87 points and by 1.98% to 3,340.16 points, respectively.

EGX’s turnover reached EGP 1.23 billion after 614.02 million shares were exchanged. The market cap value amounted to EGP 793.02 billion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers with EGP 104.51 million and EGP 2.14 million, respectively. The Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 2.24 million.
