UAE stock markets close Monday in red zone

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Monday’s trading session in the red zone at 3,394.38 points after losing 12.93 points (0.37%)

The turnover stood at AED 282.87 million through the exchange of 123.51 million shares.

Dubai Financial Market Company (DFM), which topped the risers with 4.40%, was the most active stock on which 34.64 million shares were traded. 

Emaar Properties posted the highest turnover of AED 89.04 million. Meanwhile, Al Firdous Holding led the decliners with 7.57%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session lower by 0.077% at 10,598.26 points.

A total of 311.90 million shares were traded at a value of AED 1.72 billion, while the market cap reached AED 2.55 trillion.

Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company (ADNTC) headed the fallers with 9.96%, while Bayanat AI advanced the risers with 14.81%.

International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 233.77 million, whereas Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 41.14 million shares.
