Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 main index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Tuesday higher by 0.01% at 12,137 points.

The EGX50 EWI went up by 0.02% to 2,131.89 points.

The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI also closed higher by 0.61% to 2,297.28 points and by 0.46% to 3,363.04 points, respectively.

The turnover amounted to EGP 1.28 billion after 611.89 million shares were exchanged, while the market cap value totalled EGP 799.80 billion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 159.16 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 79.98 million and EGP 79.18 million, respectively.
