Cairo – Mubasher: The EGX30 main index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s session in the green zone after increasing by 1.41% to 12,515.71 points.

The EGX50 EWI rose by 0.55% to 2,185.74 points.

Likewise, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI also closed higher by 1.10% to 2,388.35 points and by 0.93% to 3,482.65 points, respectively.

The turnover amounted to EGP 2.13 billion after 721.59 million shares were exchanged, while the market cap value totalled EGP 821.74 billion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 44.42 million and EGP 168.96 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 213.38 million.
