Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session on a positive note, with the EGX30 main index rising by 1.80% to 13,009.48 points.
Likewise, the EGX50 EWI increased by 1.84% to 2,251.55 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices closed the session higher by 1.37% to 2,550.95 points and by 1.60% to 3,695.42 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value reached EGP 1.92 billion through the exchange of 856.35 million shares. The market cap value stood at EGP 855.94 billion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 49.35 million and EGP 10.24 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 59.59 million.
