Riyadh – Mubasher: The unitholders of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will receive cash dividends worth SAR 37.30 million for the third quarter (Q3) of 2022.

The fund manager Jadwa Investment Company announced a cash dividend worth SAR 0.20 per unit for a total of 186.50 million eligible units.

The distribution ratio of the net assets value is calculated as 1.79% as of 30 June 2022, according to a bourse filing.

The dividends will be disbursed within 20 business days after the eligibility date, 7 December 2022.

It is worth noting that Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders obtained the same amount of SAR 37.30 million as cash dividends for Q2-22.
