The Listing Committee held on 30/11/2022 has approved to list the capital increase of Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company, from EGP 50,322,580 to EGP 62,627,993. The EGP12,305,413 Capital increase distributed over 12,305,413 shares paid in cash according to a bank certificate of deposit through cash subscription for existing shareholders and credit balances due to some of the company’s shareholders, with the fair value per share of EGP 38.67 (a nominal value of EGP 1 per share, in addition to an issuance premium of EGP 37.67 per share), provided that the value of the issuance premium is carried over to the reserve account in its financial statements. This capital increase representing the sixth issue to be listed in Egyptian Securities Listing Schedule "Shares", where the new shares of such increase shall be added to EGX database, as of the beginning of the trading session on Monday, corresponding to 05/12/2022.
