CMA greenlights Nomu listing of 3 companies

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed the requests of Omran Najd Industries Company, Ghida Alsultan for Fast Food Company, and Meyar Company to trade on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Each one of the Saudi firms intends to list 20% of the share capital, according to bourse disclosures.

Omran Najd and Ghida Alsultan plan to offer 1 million shares and 640,000 shares, respectively.

In addition, Meyar would trade 265,400 shares on the parallel market.

It is worth noting that the three approvals were issued on 5 December 2022.
